I macchinari sono di ultima generazione, le persone solari, ci sono tutti i corsi possibili e immaginabili e poi beh.. il centro benessere! It is a total look signed Asics in shades of purple and orange (but there are a thousand different shades!), technical fabrics makes every movement easy (really seems not to wear anything) and the shoes … well for a lover of sneakers like me they are really the top (think that I also combined them with a dress for one of my lively days in Milan!).

Where do I sign up to the gym? If you live near to Milan (or if you’re often there for work as I do), you should enroll at a GetFIT center, they are many and you can find one in each corner of Milan. The machines are of the latest generation, the solar people, there are all conceivable courses and then well .. the spa! Have you ever experienced the thrill of a relaxing massage or a sauna after a hard workout? It is just what you need!
